DOWNHILLER COW WREAKS HAVOC AT THE KENDA CUP
Monday, April 20, 2009
Downhillers are a rare bunch. Out of 160 head of cattle there seems to be only one downhiller cow. She's dedicated. She would hit all the jumps within 24 hours after I groomed them. Her distinctive hoof marks, with that one cracked nail, would be all over the jumps and lips after her sessioning. Ryan Osborne caught her hitting the little table at the end of the first big berm within two hours of it being prepped for the race.

SECRET SOCIETY FACING DIFFICULTIES DUE TO STRICT DOCTRINE
Saturday, April 18, 2009
I chaired our first meeting. Nobody showed. We hope for more participation, but the members don't know who they are. I'm sure we have a great plan, but it's unknown to any of us. We want to seek the help of the Race Directors, but we can't reveal anything to them so what's the point? We need help here. Support Downhillers Alliance. You can email your applications to *******, sorry can't tell.

LENSART SPONSERS MOONSHOT
Saturday, April 18, 2009
After an extensive local search for a launch vehicle, we finally found a sick deal on Gregs List. We saved so much money on line rather than dealing with our local businesses.

QUESTIONS I'D LIKE TO ASK CHOPPER
Friday, April 17, 2009
Are the Michelin Man and the Pilsbury Doughboy related?
Are spider eyes unidirectional?
Are Eric Carter and Sargent Carter related?
Does the existance of Cross-Country and Downhill at the same race venue at the same time prove Velikovskys' theories? Would that mean manna is just space debis?
Are Davey Lopes and Brian Lopes related?
Does the resurgence of antidisestablishmentarianism signal the end of NORBA?

HUMANS FIGHT BACK
Tuesday, April 14, 2009
The salesman said "What we need is a real cow dog to deal with Bossy and her unruley crew". So we invested in Sassy. Look at her. She's terrified of cows. What a rip.

MID-AIR SPARKS PROTEST
Sunday, September 10, 2006
This collision resulted in a official protest and some venom spewed on the race course. The far rider goes down, then demands the other rider come over to him to be beaten up. When the winner declines the down rider spews "Your as dirty as your hair!"

WELCOME TO THE "NorCal High School Mountain Bike Racing League"
Friday, March 31, 2006
This league has nine years of expirience and it shows on race day. Well orginized and attentive to the needs of the young atheletes, their final race of the season was held at the Chamberlin Ranch home of the Stump Grinder Dirt Club. With on site EMT, a traveling photographer, food service, and as many course marshalls and volunteers as I've ever seen, all was in place for fun, safe event for the student racers. Go to www.norcalmtb.org to learn more about this league.

NorCal RACE, THE FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHT
Saturday, March 25, 2006
All the young racers should proud of their efforts. Local race promoter Mike Hecker was annoucing as the racers circled Charlottes Meadow and headed out onto the course. I think he was crying. I may exaggerate a smidge, but it was truely something to see,... and hear.
